Just as described in other reviews, she was frazzled and constantly making excuses for her inability to assist us with even the simplest requests.

Had to completely redecorate the venue the day of the reception and items we had requested prior to the event that she promised she could provide suddenly were unavailable the day of.

Went back on her word on what was promised and instead of being helpful and accommodating she was incredibly rude and condescending.

Have never experienced such a terrible customer service situation. I'm giving the two stars because the servers and chef were so kind.

Unless they rehire someone to deal with their events, my only advice - stay away! Date of experience: September Food is disasterous. The kitchen actually has a manager but he is clearly completely inept at managing anything.

The food quality is the lowest in lethbridge, seriously even costco food court is x better food. This is the only place in town that half your meal can be burnt and the other half raw.

Wedding Weekend. From Ontario we drove to Lethbridge Alberta for a wedding that was held at the Rocky Mountain Turf Club.

The wedding was on the fifth floor of the Club. There were about people in attendance. I was here for the Whoop Up Days Rodeo all three nights.

The facility is clean and well laid out. Unfortunately the race track was shutdown and under renovations.

The wedding reception was in a different room that was well laid out with nicely decorated tables.
